5 stars just aren't enough for Brad and his team at Pooltopia. They've been servicing our pool monthly for years and have done a truly outstanding job (despite the massive challenges posed by a neighbouring tree). We initially contacted Pooltopia after an unpleasant experience with another local pool shop and they were able to diagnose an issue with our faulty chlorinator instantly, transforming the pool from a green nightmare, into something crystal clear and manageable.Since then, I've recommended Pooltopia to others who have been equally happy with their service.And to top it off, they don't just know everything there is to know about pools, they are also all round great people who not only know their customers and their pools well, but go above and beyond for them every time.Thanks Pooltopia, you guys rock!

All the staff at this store go out of there way to help their customers as much as they can, & all are extremely knowledgeable in their field. It makes a nice change to find a pool shop that isn't trying to rip you off every time you walk in the door. You've won me, a customer for life.

Pooltopia are the most professional, reliable and friendliest down to earth pool company you are ever going to come across.Our pool was put in 4 years ago and up and until Pooltopia starting servicing and maintaining our pool we have never ever had it looking this inviting ever!!!!The water is crystal clear and we never have to worry if its ok to swim in as Brad & Liz have it maintained monthly to allow us to get in when we want.Up to recently our pool heating never worked and we had contacted a lot of pool companies" to help us Pooltopia have made my kids dreams come true as they are now swimming in a 30deg pool day and night.The knowledge they have and the fact they never try to sell you anything you don't need and work within what you would like is second to none.Thank you so much Brad & Liz - you should be so proud to have built such an honest
