The team at Poolmaster Pools have been terrific to deal with. I needed a number of parts to resurrect a pool and was able to get all the parts and advice I needed. The friendly customer service and invaluable advice made the project so much easier. Over the journey I had many questions....and Andrew and the team were able to answer them all and help me avoid making (costly) mistakes. Service like that in this day and age is hard to find.

I had a tricky situation (made even trickier through my lack of knowledge) and Paula & Andrew just perservered to ensure that I got the correct parts for our above ground pool. Whilst Andrew was great his recommendation of the pool installers wasn't the experience that I had hoped for. After only a few weeks the reality of how bad the installers were because of their poor time management and rushing the job is now my reality. I know that they are the installers but when recommended by the seller they become an extention of that business.

Despite being on the other side of the city, I've used Poolmaster for two pools on two houses now. Andrew and Co are knowledgeable, provide great service and advice and have some of the best prices.Wholeheartedly recommend these guys.

Andrew is very helpful in every step of the way when buying our new pool, they have so many choices in sizes and styles of pools, Andrew is very easy to talk to and always returns phone calls. Buying a pool is a very long process we had help and advice all the way through.
